Each apartment is air-conditioned and features an LCD satellite TV, dishwasher, coffee machine and a microwave. All rooms feature modern furniture, parquet floors in the bedroom and tiled floors in the living room and kitchens. A coffee machine with complimentary coffee is provided in each unit.
Guests of the Stipisic apartments get discounts on scooter and boat rentals. Bikes and cars can be rented on site as well.
